Caution! Please inform us if you have any of the following:
- Narrow angle Glaucoma
- Epilepsy
- Pregnancy
- Liver disease
- Allergy to Duloxetine
- Currently taking other Antidepressants
- Severe Mental Health Disorders

Key Info:
- Start a 30mg dose once daily
- It may take up to 4 weeks to show any benefit
- It can cause morning tiredness
- Do Not Drive or operate heavy machinery if you feel drowsy or dizzy.

- Weight gain
- Increase Anxiety
Uncommon side effects
(may affect up to 1in 100 patients):
- Loss of appetite
- Worsening sleep disorder
- Increased fatigue
Very Rare side effects
(may affect up to 1 in 1,000 patients):
- Serotonin Syndrome
(Symptoms: Fever, Agitation, Tremors, Diarrhoea- stop immediately)
